| Here are the biggest differences between the OKC Storm and other Oklahoma City home schooled teams: |
| |
| 1) |
The OKC Storm each year consistently plays against the local 2A-6A OSSAA public school teams and plays against many ranked opponents. In the 2005-2006 season the Varsity teams (both boys and girls) played an impressive 26 games against ranked public school teams. This included four games against the 2A and 4A state championship teams and four more games against two other opponents who made state in respective class. The OKC Storm believes this is the first major differences between the OKC Storm basketball team and other Oklahoma homeschool teams. The OKC Storm believes that the only way to get better is to play top competition and compete against the very best. As for our Jr. High teams, we compete against the top Jr. High teams in the state each year. |

| 2) |
Among the national homeschool community the OKC Storm is one of the most dominant and elite basketball programs in the nation. The OKC Storm attends the National Christian Home School Basketball Championships (www.homeschoolbasketball.com) in March. Last year the NCHBC had 64 boy’s high school teams alone and a total of 266 teams in all age groups. The OKC Storm has won over 25 National Championships over the last 8 seasons and a total over 40 “final four” appearances in the last 8 years. The OKC Storm believes that a great deal of this success is because of the competition that we chose to play. |
